Tax Free Service at Eurochange

If you reside outside the European Union and travel to Spain, you have the right to request the refund of the VAT you have paid. In Eurochange we have four points where you can request the return of VAT and also get the prepayment thanks to the services of Innova Tax Free.

Where can I request the return of VAT?

At the moment the Tax Free service is available in four of our exchange offices: Benidorm Center, Ciudad Quesada, Torremolinos and Benalmadena.

How is VAT refunded?

To request the return of VAT you will have to go to any of the Eurochange offices where this service is available with your identification, tickets and documents of each trade and a credit card.

In our offices we will give you the Tax Free document that you have to seal at customs when leaving the country and we will pay you the VAT amount at the moment.

Remember that once the document is stamped in customs, you must send it in the envelope that we gave you to the offices of Innova Tax Free. If not, they will charge the amount returned to the card.
