Just a few days ago, we recieved a call on our Customer service line from a customer asking about the rates we had at our exchange offices in Benidorm and in Torrevieja. This may be due to the fact that there are some companies that deal with different types of exchange rates depending to where they are located.

In Eurochange you will always find the same prices, in any of our exchange offices, either in the province of Alicante, Almeria or Murcia. Because we want our customers have access to the best rates regardless of where they are. So there is no need to worry about if the nearest exchange office is Eurochange Los Alcazares because you're going to have the same rates as in Benidorm or Torrevieja, always without commissions.

In addition, if you already are a customer of Eurochange and have our new membership card you can use it in any of our exchange offices and enjoy its benefits wherever you are; like, its not necessary to bring in your passport, even though you may be exchanging in another office that is not your usual, and also accumulate points with your exchange operations that will allow you to obtain better rates.
