Getting to know the staff: Fany

Last week, on the occasion of the inauguration of our new exchange office in Benidorm Centre and we spent a little time with Fany, who is in charge of this new office, and we were able to ask her a few questions about her work.

So how long have you been working in Eurochange? About seven years.

What do you like best about your job? The treatment with the people.

What word would you define Eurochange? Reliability.

What do you like about Benidorm? The weather and the variety of services. There is great gastronomic offer, fun, beach, theme parks… We have everything.

What do you think are the best tourist attractions in Benidorm? What attracts the tourists most is the weather and the beach. Then comes everything else.

How's the new exchange office going? Opening is going very well! We have new customers and clients that also already knew us and have used our offices of the Rincon de Loix, but now this office suits them best. In addition, some of these customers have even recommend our services to others.

What is the secret of a good customer care? Being polite and greet with a smile. Also giving advice when they ask for the prices or commissions.

What phrase you would like to finish the interview? Don't hesitate to come and exchange your money in Eurochange, we are a transparent company.
