Reserve your currencies
If you want to ensure that your money is available for the collection date, you can make a currency reservation on our website or by telephone.
Select the currency you need and the amount you want to exchange. When you make a reservation, we immediately receive your order information at the exchange office and prepare your currency for the requested date. To pick up your reservation, you will need to provide the reference number (which you will receive with the confirmation email) or by indicating your name.
You can order currency online for same-day pick up, or you can choose a different collection day, it’s up to you. There is no time limit. Keep in mind, however, that the rate applied to your order will be the rate we have on the day of collection, and it may differ from the price you saw on the day of your order.
If you’ve already placed a reservation, and you would like to change the pick up date, the requested amount, or to cancel your reservation altogether, there is no problem. Just contact us and we will make the necessary adjustments, or cancel your booking.
You can book an exchange from foreign currency into Euros and pick it up at any of our exchange offices. But if you want to book an exchange the other way around, from Euros to a foreign currency, there are some offices which will not appear on the list, and you won’t be able to select them. That’s because those offices don’t provide a currency selling service. More information on buying and selling currency.
What does "This currency can only be bought and not reserved" mean?
If you’re going to order currency online, and this message appears on your screen, it means that the currency you need is not available for reservation. Said currency will only be available to be purchased directly on our website, or by coming by one of our exchange offices with a currency selling service to place the order.
